EPISODE
SEASON
The second season begins with a series of dramatic events, with a serious case involving a girl, the daughter of a notorious Cuban guerrilla. That dead girl appeared in the alley of Little Havana and must find a suitable solution to that case. Longworth and the rest of Florida's law enforcement must resolve that crime to prevent a full-scale war between two rival families of mobs. On the other hand, Cali is trying to release her husband from prison in that period.

Unfortunately, the show rolls snake eyes in its sophomore outing. We have more of the basic procedural show, and there's be no attempt to make the characters any more likeable.June 05, 2011
It's certainly gotten better.January 16, 2019
One of these two storylines [in "Moonlighting"] was boring as hell and and the other involved a murder, an accidental pregnancy, a bank robbery and a wannabe Danica Patrick. Guess which storyline I liked best?January 14, 2019
The Glades isn't interested in challenging convention, viewers, or the notion that summer television is a time to do anything but provide the fluffiest fare possible on the boob tube.January 14, 2019
Matt Passmore carries the mystery/cop series over a few of its storytelling bumps but the program is hit-and-miss overall. Luckily, there are enough solid episodes of "The Glades" to carry the viewer through the escapist season of summer.
