Events begin, when the police department gives $ 1,200 to keep people off the streets, Garcia decides to help a prostitute improve her life, as it seems to be surprising and very comedic.

So aggressive is RENO 911!'s low-budget affect that Cops looks positively polished by comparison... Here, jokes fall into dead space or turn bizarre, and characters are mostly conventional types.

The show is difficult to describe because what carries it is not the specific jokes, but the charisma and reactivity of the actors, who play off each other with so much zeal it's impossible not to fall in love with them.
